(about 40 g)<br>\u2022 1 block of Chinese yellow noodles or ramen noodles (150-200 g)<br>\u2022 Yakisoba sauce 50 g (can adjust the amount of sauce for concentration as desired)<br>\u2022 Tempura Crunchy Scraps (Tenkasu)&nbsp; 10 g<br>\u2022 Aonori seaweed for topping.<br>\u2022 Other ingredients as desired, such as bean sprouts, squid, shrimp, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to cook.<br><\/strong><br>1. Preheat a pan with medium heat. Loosen the noodles and stir-fry them for about 5 minutes.<br>2. Place the noodles on a plate and set aside.<br>3. Stir in the pork belly, which has been cut into bite-sized pieces, for about 1 minute.<br>4. Put the cabbage, tempura crunchy scraps, and noodles, respectively, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until well combined. Allow the steam to evaporate and slightly scorch.<br>5.
